All Eternal Blooms undergo strict quality control measures and are thoroughly checked for any defects before being sent.

On the highly unlikely chance that you receive a defective product, we will happily exchange the product or offer a refund if an exchange is unavailable.

Please note you must notify us of any defects in workmanship within 14 days of purchase.

The defect must be a defect in the workmanship of the product. We do not cover damages from shipping or transportation.

Our limited lifetime guarantee is subject to you taking proper care of the Eternal Bloom and does not cover damage caused by improper handling.

You will be responsible for all applicable shipping costs to and from Eternal Bloom.

If you qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund.
