Shipping within Australia

We offer flat rate Australia-wide courier shipping for all our roses: $10 standard and $25 express.

All roses are shipped from Brisbane, Australia. Estimated standard delivery times to Australian metropolitan areas are as follows:

  • Queensland: 1-2 business days;
  • New South Wales: 2-3 business days;
  • Victoria: 3-4 business days;
  • Other Australian metropolitan areas: 5-6 business days.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days if you do not live in a metropolitan area.

Express shipping is generally delivered on the next business day for most metropolitan areas in Australia.

Please allow 24-48 hours processing time before orders are shipped. If your order is urgent, please contact us for same-day processing.

International Shipping

We use Australia Post for all international shipping. There are four options: Economy Air, Standard, Express and Courier. Please note there is no tracking available for Economy Air.

You will be presented with the available shipping options to your international location on checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your country of residence. As a rough guide you can expect the following:

  • Economy Air: 10+ business days;
  • Standard: 6+ business days;
  • Express: 2-4 business days between major metropolitan areas;
  • Courier: 1-2 business days between major metropolitan areas.

General Shipping Information

Please be advised that once items have been posted, we will no longer be responsible for any late, lost or damaged goods caused by the delivery company.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number and confirmation the order has left Eternal Bloom via email.

Tracking and notification service may be affected by technical problems and telecommunication network coverage. Eternal Bloom may provide your Email or phone number to a third party for the purposes of providing notification of tracking events to you as the addressee.

Please note that costs of postage is non-refundable.
