Standard Shipping within Australia

We offer free Australia-wide standard courier shipping. Express shipping is also available from $25 flat rate.

All roses are shipped from Brisbane, Australia. Please allow 1-2 business days' processing time before orders are shipped. Once processed, estimated standard delivery times to Australian metropolitan areas are as follows:

  • Queensland: 1-2 business days;
  • New South Wales: 2-3 business days;
  • Victoria: 3-4 business days;
  • South Australia: 4-6 business days;
  • WA / NT / others: 5-8 business days.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days if you do not live in a metropolitan area.

Express Shipping within Australia

Express shipping is generally delivered on the next business day after processing (which usually takes 1 business day) for most metropolitan areas in Australia. Non-metro areas may require an additional 1-2 business days.

Express shipping orders made before 10am AEST on a business day are generally processed on the same day. However, this is not a guarantee and if you require same day despatch specifically, please notify us in advance. 

If you have not made the cutoff and your order is urgent, or if you would like same day delivery within the greater Brisbane region, please contact us for other options. If available, the cost for same day or other special / urgent delivery starts from $50.

International Shipping

We ship internationally through Australia Post at a flat rate of $65.

Depending on your delivery address, international shipping can take anywhere between 6 to 27 business days. In most cases however, delivery can be made within one to three weeks.

Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes and duties that may be imposed on arrival.

General Shipping Information

All orders will be provided with a tracking number and confirmation the order has left Eternal Bloom via email.

Tracking and notification service may be affected by technical problems and telecommunication network coverage. Eternal Bloom may provide your email or phone number to a third party for the purposes of providing notification of tracking events to you as the addressee.

Please note that costs of postage is non-refundable once shipped.
